Module eSports's CS:GO team has become the first roster to reach an amateur final of a Counter-Strike tournament, as they beat Scorpius eSports 2-0 in the Onsight League play-off final.
1NS4NITY's team took the first map in the Best-of-3 match-up, as they won 16-5 on Cache (12-3 half-time lead). Map two was a closer meeting on Nuke, with Module surviving a second-half Scorpius comeback to win 16-14 (11-4 half-time lead). MDL are guaranteed a spot in the final, where they will face either Rygen, Cosconia, OR a chance to reface Scorpius. The final will be played around the end of March. Best of luck to Module in the final. GG to Scorpius, who gave us a tough game.
Meanwhile, our Call of Duty WW2 console roster have announced they will back down from playing due to exams. Thanks for their efforts in the MLG Ladder and good luck! |
